Vehicle-Mounted Mobile Substation
China's first vehicle-mounted movable substation, delivered to Iraq in December 2008. This 132kV voltage class, 16,000KVA capacity product was completely researched, developed, designed, and manufactured independently.
Modular Design Structure
- Divided into HV part, main transformer, and LV switchgear room
- HV switch utilizes ZF10-145(L) as main switch, mounted on semi-trailer
- LV side includes switchgear, control power, DC panel, and control protection device
Ambient Conditions
- Altitude ≤ 1000m
- Ambient temperature range: -25℃ to +40℃
- Wind speed (outdoor) ≤ 35m/s
- Relative humidity ≤ 90% at +25℃
- Installation location must be free from fire, explosion, chemical corrosion, and excessive vibration
Movement Conditions
- Maximum speed ≤ 30km/h on flat road surfaces
- Maximum speed ≤ 10km/h on uneven road surfaces
